Bus Fares

Round trip fares for travel within each county are based upon mileage; the minimum fare is $1.00 and covers the first ten (10) miles of travel. Thereafter, each additional ten (10) miles of travel costs $1.00. 

Round trip service between Jackson and Roane Counties and between Calhoun and Roane Counties is available for $5.00.  

Round trips from any location within the Little Kanawha Bus service area to Charleston are priced at $14.00 and round trip service to Parkersburg requires a $10.00 fare payment.

LKB is a certified non-emergency medical transportation provider. Residents within the LKB service area who are a qualified Medicaid recipient can obtain round trip transportation service to a non-emergency medical appointment only on a fare-free basis.
